Management Review

 

The Management Review section has recently been created to assist units in the efficient operation of fiscal and related matters. Reviews of each unit within Texas A&M Agriculture will be conducted by Bill Gray, Financial Analyst. Recommendations for improvement will be made and training opportunities identified to be conducted by either Bill or others within the Fiscal Office as deemed appropriate. These reviews will be conducted on a cyclical basis, however, each unit can request a review or special circumstances may arise that create a need for such a review. Prior to any reviews you will be contacted by Bill to set up a mutually acceptable time.
