Vendor Access to Confidential Payment Information with State Funds Vendors now have the ability to check on payments with purchases made with State Funds only. To enhance customer service and reduce the volume of phone inquiries Texas A&M Agriculture receives, the Comptroller's office provides vendors with access to their confidential payment information on the Web using a Personal Identification Number (PIN), effective April 8, 2003. Vendors now have the convenience of accessing both their nonconfidential and confidential payment information seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Viewing nonconfidential

Services for Vendors brochure provides updated information about accessing
confidential and nonconfidential payment information. Vendors may print
copies of the brochure from the Fiscal Management Web site as needed.
